IN WHICH CASES CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

You may return the unworn pieces within 7 days of receiving it only for exchange or credit.

We (lofashop.com) need to authorize your return before you send it. You must contact us by email at sales@lofagroup.com or 787-478-3713 to receive the specific instructions for the process of exchanges and/or returns. The customer will be responsible of paying the shipping and handling costs when the item is correctly processed. Please note that the authorize number is valid for 7 days once the number has been issued.

Some of the reasons:
  • I chose the wrong size and I’d like to change it.
  • The product is not what I expected, and I’d like to return it or exchange it with another one.
Non-returnable items:
  • Earrings aren’t refundable or exchangeable do to regulation of the Puerto Rico Department of Heath.
  • Gold Solid and Diamond, Customed or personalized orders.
  • Items on sale.
